Hotel Vittoria is not located at the Balbi street level but higher up and away from the road. The image to the left shows the exact location taken directly from Google maps.

To reach the hotel it is necessary to use the private lift located under the sign "Hotel Vittoria / Lift Lift". A short tunnel will lead you to it and will allow you to go up to the reception located on the first floor.

For those are unable to take the lift it is possible to go up from the external staircase on the right side of the square.
